Reflection

Ms.Haury was talking about reviewing all of our work and our goals. I dont really think i reached any of my goals except for writing more in my notebook. πŸ˜‘. but since Ms.Haury will see this post, i guess I have to try. πŸ˜ͺ. I went through my old papers from the beginning of the year, and I saw lots of change. But....mostly not lots of change. one of my goals was to turn in my assignments before they are due. I got mostly 3, and one 4. Somethings i would like to change from my goals are trying more. The first week of school I didn’t really try. And that’s something i would like to work on. Some new goals i have for this quarter are to try a little more on my work and not get distracted. And thats about it.

You

You! Yes, you! The one looking at this blog! Yes, YOU! This post, is all about you. First off, let me tell you something. If you look in the mirror, what do you see? And let’s be realistic here. There’s no monster, or alien, or dragon you see. It’s you. When you look in the mirror, you see...well... YOU! Don’t let others tell you how to look, or change yourself. Because some one once said, “Work on being in love with the person in the mirror who has been through so much, but is still standing.-unknown” So, what my point is, first start by loving yourself, even if you think your wounded from the past. The past, is in the past. Sometimes I don’t even look in a mirror for days, because I’m afraid to see what I look like. But all I know, is that I’m still standing. And I’ve been through lots of things. So if you’ve been through much, and your on the ground. Get up. Because those problems are just going to mess with your head. Telling you that it’s over. That you lost the fight. No!

Let’s face it....πŸ™ƒπŸ™‚

Let’s face it. In the world, we have to face lots of things. But as Google once showed me, “When you face difficult times, know that challenges are not sent to destroy you. They’re sent to promote, increase and strengthen you. - Spiritual Inspiration” Sometimes, you feel alone. You feel broken. You feel like no one else in the world can feel your pain. But your wrong. Others around the world feel your pain. Not that one problem has just happened to you. But you can’t just let it that take you down. You can’t just walk all around feeling sorry for yourself. And believe me, I know. I’ve been through a lot. And still sometimes I stop to think, “Why is this happening to me? What did I do to deserve this?” But I still have to remind myself that I’m not alone. No one is alone. Not ever. And if you think you are alone, wait till night, look at the moon, because somewhere else in the world, someone is looking at it too. And that shows, that you are never alone. Even in the darkest of times

Brainstorming 🧠🧠🧠🧠101πŸ˜‘

So..... today in ELA we are talking about personal narratives. I, to be honest, have gone to lots of places. But it’s not interesting.Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, North AND South Carolina, I think lots of people has gone to Wisconsin, Indiana, Minnesota, While going to those places, we passed, Kentucky, Alabama, and that’s about it. Like I said, not interesting. We’ve gone to lots of places, some just to visit family, or some to do something during a break. BUT ITS NOT INTERESTING! Ms.Haury (sorry if I spell it wrong) says it’s just a brainstorming session. But it’s more like rocks, put on my brain, trying to remember things that happen YEARS AGO!!! *le sigh* I guess I could do a chart (?) -Florida -Florida 2 -Minnesota -Tennessee -Indiana Etc -Broken finger (wrote about that one last year) -sprained ankle (don’t remember much anymore) -Movies? (Not enough detail) -Mall of America -Water Park? (Don’t remember anything) -Carol winds? (Again, don’t remember anything) Um...

No OMG πŸ˜‘ but...OMG!

On Friday we had finished Middle School The WORST Years of My LIFE (shown above) it was a very good book, and I was kinda upset to finish it. It was about a 6th grader named Rafe, who was trying to break all the rules in the code of conduct at the school. With a little help and motivation from his friend Leo. I also liked the drawings to go with the chapters, I was REALLY interested! THIS BOOK IS THE BEST MIDDLE BOOK IN THE WORLD....
